Know your farmer! Eat local! So thankful to have found Ben and Cassie. They are a wonderful local farm, raising 100% grass-fed beef, which is very important to me and my family. Their cattle is the best tasting beef I've ever had. For a few years, I've ordered only ground beef packs. This year I ordered 1/4 cow to stock the freezer! Ben has always been prompt in communications to order more and very accommodating to schedule pickups. Also, I love that I can work directly with their choice butcher to order the exact cuts I want. In the past I've done a meat CSA from another farm, which I'd get cuts I didn't like and went to waste. This is not the case with Thousand Hills Grazing. I get to choose the cuts. It's so tasty, it would be a shame if any did go to waste. I HIGHLY recommend Thousand Hills Grazing. You will not be disappointed and you'll come back for more!
Thousand Hills Grazing, and Ben and Cassie, are amazing. Great 100% grass fed beef from a local source. We also love the bones for making bone brought during the winter season...and the organ meats...and having our freezer stocked full! :)
Hard working, honest family raising nutrient dense, delicious food. I will definitely buy beef and chicken again in the future. It's refreshing to see young people committing to being good stewards of their land and animals.
