We were at the FIRST THURSDAY event in West Carrollton on June 6. The Shire Farm was there, we purchased some of their Chicken. The Chicken cheese brats we grilled on Friday and OH MY they were delicious. On Saturday we grilled the Chicken breast and the meat had so much flavor and very tender. I love to support and buy local. It makes be happy to know where our food comes from and that we are truly supporting a real family business with great humane ethics! This is AMERICA!
