Great to find a local butcher! Tiffany knows about the meat she selects for the store. I followed her recommendation. Be aware that their offerings may not be as broad as other stores. Prices were decent. Best NY strip i've had in a long time!
I shop here on a bi-weekly basis and load up the freezer with their ground chuck/brisket, pork products, and poultry while always indulging in a ribeye for dinner that evening. I have never been disappointed and would consider myself a Meat Locker convert. I can't bring myself to buy meat anywhere else because their quality and prices are unbeatable compared to any of our supermarkets. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

We visited this meat market soon after we moved here. The butcher cut us a 2.5in Rib Eye steak, without a preorder. So convenient, and while convenience is great that wasn’t the best thing. The meat was well marbled and so tender. Hardly any wasted trim. We are very happy with the quality and variety of meats here. The hotdogs are by far the best we have tasted. Do not miss out on this gem of a meat store.

I have been coming here since they opened and brought many others. Great husband and wife owners that are honest and put out a great product. Casey makes sure to keep up the variety of favors across all meats. If you see one if your favorite flavors you better get it as it sells out fast.
This is a nice little local place. They have excellent service and competitive prices. Very small store front with limited items on hand though. Everything I've tried so far has been great with good cuts and good sausage/prepared items too. I try to swing in to see what they have pretty often. If you really want something special consider ordering ahead of time.
I live in ID. but travel to Brookings, stop in Bend for Costco and Jimmy John's. 1/2 through the trip for a break. But I am adding the Meat Locker to my stops. I will not miss out on the best beef jerky I have ever had! Please stop by the habanero jerky has best flavor with just the right kick w/o overwhelming the flavor! The beef jerky is clean meet no gristle or silver skin. A+ beef jerky! You will not regret stopping.
The gal was super helpful and sweet. She let my daughter sample some of their sticks which she loved! Very resonably priced and they take ebt too! Very excited to be giving my daughter quality local meat products!

I took my trim from my elk to the meat locker and had them make pepperoni. THE BEST PEPPERONI I HAVE EVER HAD!! Great owner's and my pepperoni was done fast and at a great price. Highly recommend!! …

Great meat, great people. Just got the feeling like their EBT has been down for a long while and they aren't doing much of anything to fix it. Shame cause I'd make it my regular meat place if they did.
