Bought a full brisket there for a cook-out and a full pork belly slab and the marbling on the brisket was excellent and the price of the brisket and pork belly was unbeaten the staff was very helpful and friendly and got me exactly what I needed I would give them 10 stars if it would let me

This place would be awsome if all of there food wasn't frozen. When I think of a butcher shop I think of fresh juicy meat, not frozen dry steaks. The jalapeño cheddar dogs are great though!

I've been in Lubbock a little over a year now. If I want top quality great tasting steaks I get em here. These are the best I've had in a very long time. Great marbelization along with that high flavor profile. Tonight it's a Delmonico & a Denver.

It pains me to give this one star, as it has become unreliable as its never open. Ended up going to another butcher to order the beefs and am now going around Lubbock buying tallow to find one that is suitable. This WAS my go to store, but it cant be if I can never get product from them. I would strongly suggest calling before making the trip to make sure there is someone there and they are conducting business. My previous review I gave a 5 star. Was trying to order 3 full beefs and 2 gallons of tallow, now searching for someone that can fulfill that order.

My husband went in there yesterday and kept them in the fridge just for maybe about 15 hours so he can smoke them the next day and this is how they were when he got them out this morning. He paid almost $50 for them. Definitely disappointed for the first time going there.
