We have used these guys a few times for corporate events and their product is amazing. Great service. The people there are wonderful. Cannot recommend them enough.

Remembering to go buy meat during The Butcher Block’s business hours has proven to be an issue for my family over the years, so we’d stop by 307 instead to get whatever we’d need on days this happens. Even though we have gotten some great aged ribeye’s from 307, we prefer The Butcher Block’s product much more, especially their ground beef!! The Butcher Block’s selection is not only priced better than competitors, but we enjoy the quality and flavor of their ground beef and steaks that we get here much more!! For those of you who only know about grocery store meat and poultry, you are doing yourself a great disservice by not spending your money here!! You will instantly understand that whatever you’ve been buying at grocery stores is drastically lesser quality (think food like product), than what you will receive from here! You might wonder what exactly is in the stuff from those chain stores and feel as disturbed as I know so many do when they prepare and eat it, and never go back!! Not once have I ever known anyone to feel angry with what they buy from here, though I’m sure we have all experienced that infuriating disgust with meat from Walmart on more than one occasion!!!!!! Plus, you can order only as much as you need and not have to go home and break up a value pack of meat to wrap up in smaller portions, to freeze or whatever, as they wrap however you need it. That’s reason enough for me to come here, it’s just a bonus that everything turns out incredible from whatever we get from here! Anyway, just some food for thought for those of you wondering what all the fuss is about. Bonus, you aren’t paying for crap that’s been injected with water and chemicals and garbage, like you do when buying these things from a grocery store.

Great job on prepping and flavoring the corned beef! The best I ever ate! Their corned beef tastes far different from the ones from chained grocery stores. Lean with some fats, very meaty texture, way less salty, and much healthier! I enjoy doing the business with Salli and her employees. I purchase various meats there weekly. There’s no way I can go back to store bought meats. Support local ranchers and butchers!

Actually, I just finished a hot dog from BB. They are soooo good. And I had bacon yesterday. Again, so good. Not fatty and delicious taste. The meat quality was actually pretty good, but the service really ruined the experience. One of the younger female staff gave me an eye-roll and looked clearly annoyed when I simply asked to see what the ribs looked like. Totally unnecessary attitude.

Full service butcher, brats and sausage are the best. Bacon is thick and marbled. Burgers are a good choice too.

Really awesome place! I've have literally turned to buying 95% of my meats from BB. The quality is unbelievable so it's not hard to be converted. The staff is also always nice and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I seriously have not experienced a single one of them showing a poor mood. They work with you and get you what you want. The prices aren't really much higher than a grocery store. The quality to cost ratio is justifiable in every way.

I've been ordering my prime rib from the Butcher Block for years. (Always wonderful) I really like they have the jalapeño beef stick back in stock. All the people there are super nice.
