What a butcher shop should be. Fresh never frozen meat selections in the case with no antibiotics or preservatives from local ranches. Lots of prepared meat, sausage, and jerky in the frozen section. Smoked cheese and a selection of freshly made items like soup. Everything was very clean. Service was exceptional with knowledgeable staff. Prices were fair. On Street parking.

Ordered the smoked brisket and barbecue beans for an easy dinner with friends - we just added some appetizers, salad, and corn. Brought it home, put it in the oven to stay warm and the power went out. Three hours late, reheated brisket and beans in the microwave. Excellent! Turned out to be a foolproof and delicious main dish.

Stellar staff and courteous to boot! I got beautiful beef knuckles for my dogs and while I was there I put some brisket on order for the 3rd of July. What a great experience! Nothing to complain about only adoration as well as deep appreciation for the staff and their help!

So happy to find our family meat place. Sells a different variety of things. As a small business owner myself it's always great seeing other owners face to face and supporting local oregon meat as well! The owner is so sweet. Can't wait to return.

Great experience. Found some dog food for my senior dog. Have a chicken from them. Very nice people that are willing to listen and talk to their customers.

This place is great! I trust them with my wild game and all choice cuts. They have great customer service and are my favorite butcher’s.

Best steak we have ever had!!!! My dog also loves their 5.00 GIANT bones. I will come back again and again. Customer service is outstanding. Absolutely love this place.

Decided to give our local butcher a try, sure glad I did. Best steak I’ve had in a long time! Usually I drive to Sister’s or Redmond to buy from Sister’s Smokehouse. No longer necessary. Love having quality meat products in town!

Dropped my Elk off and they did an awesome job. Great service and the meats, peperoni, breakfast sausage turned out awesome. Also bought some ribeye steaks that turned out wonderful. Highly recommended

Unfortunately I’m disappointed. I was very excited to see this place come together and then open their doors. But my visit last week was not what I was expecting. The jerky and pepperoni sticks are all prepackaged and in the fridge from early June some late May. I tried the teriyaki jerky and the bbq pepperoni sticks. The jerky was thick and chewy with no flavor at all. The pepperoni sticks had good texture but same thing no taste at all. Not even a smokey taste. The price was also high compared to the quality. I won’t be going back and instead drive to Redmond or Sisters.

Local cuts of meat. Sausages and jerky. Soups and sides ready to go. BBQ platters and meat by the pound on Friday and Saturday. Try the pork ribs and brisket!

Best Prime RIB! My family raved that is was the best Christmas dinner that they ever had and it was all due to the lovely prime rib that I purchased from the Butcher Block. I will never go to another butcher.

Came back again. Their breakfast sausage links are amazing. Perfect texture and flavor. It’ll always be stocked in my fridge. House staple now.

The Butcher Block is amazing place to get my chicken. They are always so helpful and their staff is knowledgeable. Will be coming back.
