I ordered over the phone and had my meat shipped to me. The customer service and communication was outstanding. I ate a few of the pieces of meat I ordered and everything was delicious. Will re order again. Next time I will take a 3 hr road trip. Well worth it
TOP QUALITY! Amazing delicious juicy Bison Steak waaaay better than any-other steak I've eaten... Very friendly service too. Called up and said we might be arriving near closing, she stayed open for me and helped me select the best products. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality local meat!
I make the 40 min trip about twice a year. I wish I could go more often. I enjoy their quality meats. My dog likes their bones. I think of it as a special thing because good meat costs more. I like to support local small business and farms. If I get better at grilling I may go more often. The meat's great !

Updated my review as the butchering has gone downhill. Not sure if they have changed packers, but the meat cuts have not been accurate. :-(
All of their meat is top-notch. It's all very well cut and clean. We go every week that we can to stock up.
It’s clean, has a great variety cuts of meats! Tasty and a bit-pricey but, the taste of the meat alone is worth every penny ❤️ And their meats are gluten free and that in itself is well worth it!
Used to get meat at Weiss till I noticed they were spreading fresh ground beef over old and discolored beef! I went in and demanded to know who was their meat inspector and nobody knew! What on earth!? Went to Buffalo shoppe and was thrilled! Fresh ad clean! No trickery there! Oh yes, stay Away from Weiss!
Excellent meats. Beef, pork chops, etc. Prices are good also. I would like to try more meats before I buy them. The Buffalo meat is something I would like to buy, but I feel like there should be samples so we can try before we buy (a lot more).
Excellent! Worth the trip from central PA. Stocked up and then ate lunch at the Fireplace Restaurant in Tunkhannock who get their bison meat from the Shoppe. Wasn't disappointed there either. Nothing like bison meat. We'll be back for sure.
Since I found The Buffalo Shoppe I can't eat supermarket beef anymore. It's so nice to know your eating from a clean source, no chemicals or antibiotics. My family absolutely loves it.

Pure beef...no fat..tasty..burger..cubes..roast...all so good..pressure cooked really holds the flavor...super friendly..come back again&again!

This place is a gem. Local and High quality meat.
Rather good selection of Bison cuts, at descent rates too. Would recommend trying if in the mood for something new.
