Texas Slabs Texas Slabs is a hidden gem that I’m glad I rediscovered. Now that I have space in my deep freezer, I’ll definitely be making this a regular stop. It’s a small and cozy shop with an impressive selection of fresh-cut meats sourced from local and regional areas. This time, I picked up a 12-pound brisket, and it did not disappoint. The quality was outstanding—tender, flavorful, and perfect for smoking. It’s clear they take pride in offering top-tier products for customers. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help you find the right cut or share cooking tips. Whether you’re prepping for a barbecue or stocking up for the season, Texas Slabs is well worth the visit. I’ll be back soon.

I've been going here for 8 years. They make their own Jerky on site. They have quality Texas meat at fair prices. Lots seasoning and some sausage. This is true ma and pa. The people understand customer service there.

We buy here every month and it never disappoints, absolutely everything is quality and the staff just as lovely. Best fajitas marinated fajita meat in town. We bought 10lbs of chuck roast once and I made the best birria with this meat! 10/10 recommend! ❤️

I wanted to try to grill “Brazilian style” picanha steaks. Texas Slabs had prime roast in stock. Very reasonably priced. Came out tender, juicy, and very flavorful seasoned with just kosher salt and black pepper. Would definitely shop here again!

First time here and the front staff help was super nice! Very knowledgeable about the meats and seasoning. There was so many choices of meat it was so hard to choose but I purchased a turkey leg, prime cut ribeye, breakfast sausage and NY strip. I’ll definitely be back today to get more NY strip because that was by far the best steak I’ve made on the grill.

Texas Slabs has a great variety of seasonings for pretty much any accasion. The samples of beef jerky is a great compliment to what they have going on.
