Very nice cuts of meat, reasonable prices, better quality than your average grocery store meat department. Multi flavors of bratwurst. I recommend the Burnt Ends flavor bratwurst link. It needs no condiments or toppings. It's awesome on its own. Please check out the frozen meat cooler as well.

if you ask for any information regarding a non-standard item they will tell you "I do not know." And not offer any additional information that will help you find out. Customer service was a tad better than V&V meats. Do not go there.

Great quality of meat. Tried their bratwurst and chicke. I just ordered breakfast sausage. Very knowledgeable and a great place to get product from. Definitely recommend.

Great new place to get seafood,chicken, steaks,chops,icecream,bread and milk and many other things. The owner was very helpful and was giving out samples on their Grand opening and the place was packed with people. Really liked this place and think it a great addition to Texas Corners community. Going to be good for area cookouts when you need something quick for the grill and don't want to go into Portage or Kalamazoo.

Love the burnt ends flavored grill sausages! Special private spice blend gives the delicious flavor of smoked ribs burnt ends with a mildly tangy zing. A great new taste treat! The sweet Italian and spicy Italian grill sausages were also great - as expected. I plan to try some of the many other unique sausages from Texas Corners Specialty Meats.

Stopped by for brats...got a blueberry brown sugar and a maple bacon brown sugar. Family loved them. Will be stopping by more often.

The 'Junk Food Connoisseur' pays a visit! They have a great variety of meats directly from their farm. Many types of brats, sausage, ground meats, steaks etc. The display case is loaded with fresh meat, a freezer loaded full of frozen meat, and bread, cookies, and other shopping goodies all around the rest of the shop. The girl behind the counter was knowledgeable and able to answer questions regarding the sausage contents and other silly questions and statements such as "I bet your chorizo doesn't contain salivatory glands and filler..." "No." "Okay, can I please have 6 links?". "Does the bratwurst have onions?" The important questions in life. I totally cooked those brats in onions, summer squash, potatoes, and pickled garlic tonight. Hit me up for a recipe. Attached is a picture of all that was left. You missed out, people. The bratwurst was excellent. 👌

You won’t find better meat anywhere. Very convenient location and super friendly staff. Their brats are some of the best I’ve ever had (try the burnt ends brats) I’ve been buying my meat there for as long as I can remember and have never been disappointed. Keep up the great works guys!

Was passing through texas township and decided to stop by just to check it out to see what it was like. Walked in the door 20 minutes before close and was greeted by 2 gentleman who were very polite. They explained all what they offered and was not pushy at all. I had broke my wrist earlier in the week and was struggling to carry all that I had picked out. The gentleman grabbed what I had and walked my bags to my truck for me after cashing out. I've stopped at all the butchers around to compare and they were the only ones to offer to help. Nowadays everyone has very similar cuts of meat but not this level of customer service. I will 100% be back.

A great store in the heart of Texas Corners. It has a great selection of fresh meat in an immaculate meat case. Other items related to BBQ are available as well as a few deli salads, ice cream and more. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
