I have bought my horses hay from Matthew for 2 seasons now. My easy keeper horses do really well on it all winter. He is always so happy and helpful when delivering and always takes his time explaining my questions. He is also respectful of my property when delivering and appreciative of my business. That being said, since my horses love his hay so much, I thought I should try the beef he raises for myself and friends who were in town for dinner. OMG, let me say that I am a picky filet eater and these were incredibly delicious. Hands down, when I am craving a steak, it will only come from Matthew's farm now. We also purchased some ground beef, and a hanger steak, looking forward to trying these out as well.

We just got our first order (and made sure to place our second). The quality and flavor of this beef is bar none. Matthew and Hannah are also amazing to work with!

This was our first time buying half a cow, Matthew was amazing and took the time to explain everything. The turnaround time provided was exactly as we were told and the beef we received is of excellent quality. We will definitely make it our new family tradition to go back each year.

Over the weekend, we cooked the ground beef and steaks, and I have to say, this is hands down the best beef we’ve ever tasted. The quality is outstanding, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. From now on, we’ll only be getting our beef from Terrace Ridge Farm. Highly recommend!

We decided to start looking for a local beef supplier about 7 months ago, I was recommended this farm by a friend that does business with them. After sending them an email, they responded quickly and broke down the entire process for me, along with a time frame of when we can expect the beef and a down payment to hold our “cow”. Matt, one of the owners kept me updated throughout the process and answered any and all questions I had. when it came time to pick up Terrance ridge Farm was incredibly flexible about picking up during a different time then we had planned (some work stuff came up and I was going to be late). The beef was all freezer packed and organized in a perfect manner, as well as portioned out by serving sized and labeled with all the appropriate labels. This is the best beef I’ve eaten in my life and genuinely cannot wait to try a new cut of meat each time, I know it’s going to be fantastic. I highly recommend this farm for anybody looking to stock up on beef for the year, their team is professional, friendly, and understanding.

We packed our 7.5 sq ft freezer with 1/2 of a wagyu-angus steer and the quality is amazing. These folks take a lot of pride in providing quality beef and hay. They also take seriously their commitment to being good solid neighbors in the Moore County community. All round good folks.
