Really good local beef source. Todd helped us with several steaks. The bone in sirloin and ribeyes were my favorite. Will be back again soon!
We have purchased several quarter of beef from the Talbert family. The quality of meet is amazing. The peace of mind of knowing the cattle are treated well and cared for so well before going to market makes me know I am purchasing from the correct ranch. The taste and quality can not be purchased from a store.
Service was excellent and the meat is delicious! I like that it is locally sourced and owned also.
