I absolutely love their GRASS-FED BEEF! The farm is beautiful, tucked in the Richlands area of the Greenbrier Valley. My only criticism is that at any one time, it's hard to decide whether to look at the gorgeous house and barns or the glorious mountain ridge on the horizon. The owner and her family are so kind and conscientious - true good stewards of the blessings of the Earth. I would recommend their product to anyone who cares about good, local, sustainably-raised food and would recommend their venue to anyone who wants their wedding or event to be magical!
