Beautiful Sweet Tea Cattle Ranch strip steaks for Steak Frites. The quality really shows in the marbling and the flavor. Seasoning limited to salt and pepper and it needed nothing else. Highly recommend Sweet Tea Cattle Ranch as a local beef gem.

Gadzooks! I should have done this long, long ago. Everything expected and more. I ordered an entire grass fed and grass finished cow. It doesn't get better than this; especially to those who want to support local small businesses and desire fresh, hormone free, and food that can be traced to a specific location. The various cuts were delivered expertly packed in boxes ( a lot of boxes). Prior to delivery, I was able to express my desired cuts, weight distribution, and eliminate parts not desired. The entire process was smooth and easy. Had a hick up with my freezer and was able to delay possession without issue. I don't give 5 stars lightly but this is well deserved. As far as taste, phenomenal!!! A plus from start to finish. Ditch the unknown and shop here. Your expectations will be exceeded and you too will wonder, why you didn't take this route earlier.

I got a great New York strip from Sweet Tea!! It was delicious and they even gave me tips to make sure it would stay frozen on my flight back to Seattle. Mary Beth and Ed are the best!

I sous vide three of the strip steaks, and then seared them in cast-iron with butter and garlic salt… They came out very tender… And very flavorful. This meat is very clean… Excellent purchase. The hamburger meat was about 85%… Not to lean… I have ribeyes that I haven’t tried yet… But I’m excited… Going to cook them for something special.

A delicious four bone rib roast, salt rubbed and slow roasted. Tender and flavorful. Perfect Christmas dinner. Well worth a trip to Texas.
