Sunrise Ranch

I have stayed at Sunrise Ranch twice now, each for week-long retreats/training conferences, Sunrise Ranch never disappoints! I look forward to my time there every year. Beautiful, breathtaking views and scenery surrounds the Ranch, so many places to walk and places to sit in contemplation. Also lots of animals around to observe and if you're a bird watcher, it's a great spot for that! Sunrise also has a sauna and hot tub, which I make use of often. The food is top notch- hats off to the chef, it's really, REALLY, good!! All mostly local and organic fare. Rooms are always very clean and lovely, beds firm and comfortable. They provide plenty of extra blankets and you can even borrow a room heater from the front desk if needed depending on the time of year. I'm not sure if the conference I come with will hold our annual training at Sunrise next year, if not, I will definitely miss coming to Sunrise and have to find a way to come back some other way! Sunrise staff are always super pleasant- I had plenty interactions/casual convos with them, they're great. Lots of them live on the Ranch, too. It has a very interesting history.

Service was excellent and the food was great!! If you like spicy ask for their spicy sauce. Can’t remember what she called it, but it’s an oil based concoction of some sort. It’s really good and HOT!! Nice car wash right next door as well ;)

Sunrise Ranch is an intentional, spiritual living community that offers so many amazing programs. They are open, inclusive, kind and welcoming. I love their energy medicine programs, ecstatic dance, spirituality programs and more.

BEST FOOD EVER! The food was soooo soooo good! The outside is so beautiful! The lands are gorgeous! If you’re looking for a super modern place to stay this may not be for you. They have what you need though rooms and a place to shower. With that said the staff was super kind and a great place to disconnect from the world!

The Sunrise ranch was the perfect retreat for my husband and I. Unfortunately, I didn't do enough research before attending a retreat, so we were only commuters and did not stay on the property for the nights to experience everything the ranch has to offer. We are completely satisfied with the experience we had, and the interaction with visitors and residents. We highly recommend this property :)

Had a really wonderful time, great food and beautiful grounds. Unfortunately, I did leave a jacket and another personal item after I left, and though I have made multiple attempts to call them their voicemail box is full so I can never leave a message, I’ve also sent them an email and no replies. I even spoke initially with a receptionist after I left, who was going to follow up on shipping my Items, but Jada never called me back. Shame since everything else was such a great experience!

Wonderful intentional spiritual community and retreat / conference center

I've been facilitating retreats at Sunrise Ranch for several years now, and my experience is always amazing. The staff is always attentive. The food is off the charts amazing and the meeting space is perfect for us. If you lead retreats, you must check this place out.

Accommodations are dated and beds too short for tall people, shared bathrooms are not adequate, showers are very small, hot water runs out. Was supposed to receive a refund for days I paid for but was not going to stay and they cannot seem to process a refund. When I called them out on it they insisted it was refunded (very rudely) but the bank has no record of any refund. The business office seems very disorganized and the process of canceling reservations and refunding is not within their capacity to perform.
