The beef from here is exceptional!! The quality of the meat is a night and day difference from the meat u buy in a grocery store. I absolutely refuse to buy anything other than St. Catherine's beef. If u get 20lbs of beef at a grocery store, it will cost at least $200-$300 more than what I get from St. Catherine's farm and the quality is OUTSTANDING!!!! And ur helping support ur local farmers.
