I met them and was able to sample some amazing sausage at the Shock and Awe Festival in Thibodaux. They are a veteran owned buisness and want to support local farmers by getting the local grown meats to the community. Let's get out and support the local buisness get their buisness started with a bang. The grand opening is scheduled for 10 June 2024, let's show up for them.
