Simply incredible! Smith's Marketplace has truly cracked the code of retail excellence. Everything is clean. Everything is high quality. So many helpful people ready to help you but aren't too pushy. Everything is in the right aisle. Also, they have the only Smith's deli that serves SCALLOPS! Try to find that somewhere else. Thank you, Smith's! Definitely coming back.

I have had nothing but excellent care and results from my many flower purchases. The employees care and are very responsive. All my flower orders have been perfect for the occasion.

This is the closest grocery store to my home. I’ve been to this store probably close to 100 times. And I’ve bought expired products (yogurt, salad dressing, fruit) on more than 5 different occasions. I have always brought the moldy/expired product back to customer service with receipt of purchase to receive a refund. And the customer service desk *does not care*. There is a deep-sighed refund but no apology. There is no effort to improve things. Strongly recommend picking a different grocery store to buy fresh products for your family. This week was my last time buying an expired product. I’ll drive to further Harmon’s or Winco every time moving forward. I just wanted to add one positive - the employees who work at check out are lovely. Kind, helpful, cheerful. My concerns are with management and stocking.

This is a great place to get all your pantry staples at reasonable prices. Coupons are accepted, and store coupons can be redeemed past their expiration date. People behind the deli and meat counters are friendly and helpful.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! A Plus for Jordan. I needed help with a return on an expired product. Pauline paged the manager. He was on the other side of the store and he RAN to the register to help me. That is amazing service, and dedication to doing a good job and impressing your customers. Also the cashiers are so fast, they can scan 60 plus items in one min. They are good at what they do. 5 stars

I’ve always enjoyed smiths but recently the store has gone downhill. Nobody is willing to help you with ANYTHING . They need to educate their employees and work on customer service . After searching every isle and asking every employee for help I gave up and went to check out. The girl checking me out said “did you find everything ok “ when I said no she just ignored me and continued to scan my groceries . I guess she is taught to ask that question but really doesn’t listen or care to help when I answer . Will be driving further to go to harmony where they have knowledgeable employees that care about customers .

Went to the customer service to make a money transaction. As im waiting in line and am next. I begen to fill out the questionnaire of where im sending. Then the cashier at the kisosk tells me that they cant help me send money cause im suspecios of laundering money being on my phone. Yet they didnt know the amount i was send. And automatically tell me they cant help me and refuse me service. What a joke. Racial profile is what it was. Smh!

Smith's recently under went a full remodel. The merchandizing and placement of products is greatly improved. Moving seasonal to the front middle is much better than the back corner. Housewares moving to the nonfoods side opens the food aisles for better item placement. Good job Smith's.

This is a great place to shop. The staff is helpful, the store is clean and easy to navigate, and there’s a wide variety of products at decent prices. The location is also really convenient. Overall, it’s a solid choice for groceries and other everyday needs.
