Of the four processors we have used over the years, these folks are by far the best. We utilized their "farm kill" option and that in itself was amazing. The cuts were perfectly wrapped, uniformly cut and their service is just tops. Very happy. 11/10 highly recommend.
Everything was packaged so well. Such lovely owners. Really happy we found this place.
If you tell them what you want as far as cuts are concerned, they will do it. If you need advice on getting a better finish, they can give it to you. Very good cuts, grind, and trimming skills. The rates are competitive compared to other meat processors we’ve used in the past. This is our second steer S & M Butchers processed for us and we will go back again next year.
