We have bought our beef and pork from the Silvers for over 15 years. We have never had a bad experience. The beef and pork are the highest quality. The Silver family are a honest and trustworthy family business. I highly recommend.

Bought a half beef here in June 2023. Hanging price per pound beat out the other local farms I contacted. Finished cuts were properly trimmed (ex: no extra trimming required for brisket or short ribs). Flavor of beef was fantastic. Already sent an inquiry to get back on the list for another half beef in December 2023. With as good as it tastes, I'm going to have a hard time keeping a supply of this beef.
