Silvana Meats

Used to love this place have come for years, but thier prices keep going up and up with high credit fee. I understand everything has gone up but it's gotten extreme. Then the other day I went for a special occasion and asked for ribeye, after cooking it I realized it was actually chuck eye. A way lower quality steak cut that is supposed to be way cheaper. I really hope it was a mistake and they are not scamming people. Now I have to find a different butcher.

Nice to see this excellent butcher shop still here after all these years. I remember coming here when I was just age 5 in the early 80's. My first experience was when we got some of their fresh breakfast sausage at the recommendation of a neighbor friend of ours. And to this day, at the age of 49, it STILL remains the BEST sausage I have ever eaten! Super fresh taste, excellent seasoning and a flavor that was unmatched anywhere. They also sold a big bag of dog bones really cheap, so the whole family could get in on the action. I recommend the next time you need some meat, grab your spouse, kids, and the dog, and head to Silvana Meats. In the small rural town of Silvana, it's a beautiful country drive. This shop put Silvana on the map! And all these years later, though I live miles and miles away, I still make it a point to make the drive when I can. Take my word for it, Silvana Meats can't be beat!

Love the meat bundles, they have. Always friendly. I like that they take the time to explain the different cuts. If you don't know what you're really looking for but if you explain to them what you're wanting to make, they will help you find what you want. I also like that when the Son did not understand or know what I was asking he went ask his father. His father had no problem coming out from the back and helping me. I will definitely be Buying from here more often.

A few years ago I ordered 2 large flavored hams, when I came to pick up day before Easter I was told they were sold already, haven't been back since, I'd rather do business with someone professional and I can trust, will never do business with this company again

Stopped in just to pick up a chicken and cut the way I wanted. They did it right on the spot and wrapped it. While we waited, we got bockwurst and a jar of sauerkraut. They have fully spiral hams and seafood. Plus, all the meats to order listed on the menu photo.

We picked up half a cow, half a pig, and a couple packs of chicken. So far everything has been fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. It has spoiled us for other meats. Even the ground beef is great, and we had stopped buying ground beef because it was always unpleasant to eat. Will definitely be buying the same meats again.

Whenever I’m in the area I always stop by to grab the pepperoni sticks. So addictive and delicious!!
