Jena and Greg Gato are the nicest farmers. They let me come out and see the Yaks. I also got to milk them and help gather hair! These animals are well taken care of and the meat is like nothing you've tasted! It is very lean but juicy! I highly recommend checking out their website and ordering some of their products
