It's the only place I go now. Very clean and I love the way they package everything in air tight seals and labels everything.

We love their bread and deli sandwiches! We also enjoy their Peperoni bread, pies, frozen foods, and cookies. It's all been great quality and friendly service.

Got my 2020 deer processed here. Very professional employees. Good pricing. Fast processing (2 weeks). The meat tastes great, especially the deer summer sausage. Couldn’t be happier with how this turned out.

They are very courteous and run a clean, well ordered place. Deer sausage is fantastic! However, their popularity comes with a price. I was there 2-1/2 hours opening day just to get my deer in for processing. Getting more expensive and the turn around time is quite long. If you're hunting out-of-state look elsewhere. They don't do any favors for non-local hunters.

Very busy today. (second weekend of deer season). This was my first time here for my son's first deer. They were very nice and did not rush my son at all as he was picking out how he wanted it processed, and helped him through his order process. Thank you.

We have purchased sides of beef from Shrocks, and it is incredible. I really appreciate the fact that it is raised hormone free. They also have a country store that has a great variety of meats and other products. If that wasn't enough, the owners and their family are wonderful people. My family and I appreciate all Shrocks has to offer.

We always take our deer there. They do a great job processing it. Last time I was there a guy brought his deer from Kansas because he heard they are the best. Honest, Reliable.

I travel to Buffalo for work twice a month. I went there on a whim for a sandwich. When I left, I walked out with a ham and turkey sandwich, an apple turnover, a watermelon, frozen brats, frozen bacon, sausage, sauerkraut, maple syrup, fudge, chocolate chips cookies, and a fresh loaf of wheat bread. All of it, and I mean ALL OF IT, was delicious.

Some of the best Ground Chuck, Beef & Pork roasts we've ever had. Great, helpful staff and if you're into game hunting, Schrocks has a processing facility next door.

Years ago someone shared some Schrock's made venison Summer sausage with me. Wow! Since them, I've trusted them with all my deer. #1 - it's clean. #2 - they're good people. #3 - so far I've tried Summer sausage in regular, jalapeño cheddar, pepper jack, & cheddar. Mmm. I've also been pleased with the breakfast sausage, burger, tenderized round steaks, backstraps & loins, cheddar brats, & most recently the jerky! Everything is awesome. This year I'm trying the snack strips too... .

Best place around to get your meat extremely reasonable prices.if you go in there ask for Randy he will take extremely good care of you. We got half a hog for $247. Can't beat that with a stick

I had one of my customers bring me some jalapeño deer sausage. It was amazing!! I definitely recommend you all the way from Saint Charles mo!!

Took my son's buck there to get processed and they were 1/3 of the price we paid last year, had many more options, much faster and the meat taste great! I will not go anywhere else from now on.

If you go anywhere else to get your deer processed you have screwed up!! They are awesome!! Best sausage and snack sticks I've ever tried.
