The meat is incredible. I recommend the chuck roast and the burgers! We also got some incredible sirloin steaks that were amazing.

We went to Shirvers Meats to purchase beef for our cow share. We were able to slaughter the cow according to Islamic tradition. FYI, the cow was stunned before we slaughtered it. The meat was butchered and divided according to the specifications of our cow-share group. We picked up boxes marked with our individual order numbers. The whole process was professional and smooth. I've been to other processing plants and butcher shops before, and was very impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness. The business is Family owned/operated and not too far from DC. The meat tastes great and is a good value.

I have bought beef at Shriver's Meats. I know the meat there is fresh frozen and sealed. There beef cattle are raised and slaughter on site making the meat tasty as any I have ate. Great Place and wonderful service and friendly people.

We have been buying 4-H beef from the Caroll family at Rosebud Acres in Howard county for many years and Shrivers has been the processor of choice, they are always friendly, accommodating and helpful!!!
