We bought a Berkshire 25lb pig frozen from here. We took it home, thawed it out, put it on our spit, and cooked it with apple & cherry wood....IT CAME OUT AMAZING! Very lean meat and very little fat rendered out. VERY FLAVORFUL MEAT AND I WILL BE GOING BACK AGAIN FOR MORE! I THANK SERENITY HILL FARMS FOR EXCELLENT QUALITY AND SERVICE!
