I cannot rave enough about Serendipity Farms! From the food, to the experiences, and getting to know the Nichols family it has all been wonderful. Stacie introduced me to the whole cycle, from petting the animal raised to feed us, sorting through butcher options, to the experience that tops all... I made my own bacon and ham! I learned on their farm how to brine it, how to hang it, how to maintain the proper fire and smoke it in the smoker they built! There is something wonderful about being a part of the process and believe me I will never complain about the price of quality bacon again!
Amazing farm with a farmer who cares about putting things in your body that are good for you. We have loved our experience there.
