Fabulous meats! Restaurant is great as well. We drive to Schaendorf regularly to re-stock our freezer with the best meats. Great quality product! Great people.
Expect bones and cartilage when purchasing their ground beef in one pound packages. We have been buying from them for over 8 years and the meat quality has really deteriorated the past few years. The package I just cooked up tonight had 40+ pieces of bones, and that is just what I found.
I have recently bought a package from Omaha, and also from schanendorfs. Don't waste your money on Omaha!! Steaks are tasty, tender and delicious. A great butcher, creates an excellent steak!
Very poor service and low quality meat. Not a great taste, very grisly and chewy. Had a mix of steaks and ground burger. No good!
Excellent burger and outstanding service. Definitely will be be back.
