Finally found some beef that tastes like beef.It was incredible. I got the beef at the Tuesday farmers market by whole foods at the fountains, Roseville. Got the sirloin tip roast and it was very flavorful. Also extremely tender for the cut. Some of the best beef I have ever eaten. Can't wait to try a steak. They are truly an exception to the tasteless beef available anywhere else. I highly suggest you try their beef. The best around. I also really liked I met the person who raised my meat. They are very affordable.I found them at the Tuesday farmers market by wholefoods Roseville at the Fountains.
Their top sirloin was very tender and juicy!
