Sam is a maestro with the smoker and Turkey is no exception. We have a number of pretty great smoked meat options/places here in Texas, many offer Turkey, but Sam’s is the best I’ve had. Sam takes such good care packaging and shipping. Thank you Sam, you’re the best!

Sam is amazing butcher. We ordered the porchetta and the old fashioned ham for Christmas. They were both delicious. The meat comes in Styrofoam cooler with ice packs. We definitely will order again.

Great! We order from here every year, a ham and cheeses for pre-thanksgiving feeding of the family and a stock pile of other assorted meats for us for the rest of the year. Always delicious and fresh! Arrives well packed and vacuum sealed for storage.

The last several times we’ve purchased rib eyes steaks they have had lots of Grissel very tough. We live in wi. So we have to travel 90 miles. Please fix your meat problem that has happened reciently. Thank you a loyal customer.
