Our family has ordered a 1/4 twice now. Both orders were easy to arrange and pickup from the butcher shop. Meat was excellent as expected. The hamburger is top notch, but the steaks are what keep us coming back. Great food, great people, thanks guys.
I have purchased beef from Salonek Farms for a few years now and will never buy it anywhere else. It is the best tasting hamburger I've ever found. I am pretty particular about my hamburger and there is none better. Their roasts and steaks are outstanding too. They just have better flavor than any beef I've ever had. Buy with confidence!
My family of two has ordered two 1/8ths and absolutely love the amount and quality of Salonek Farm’s beef! The different cuts included allow you to have so much flexibility with meal prep which was really important to us. We will always be customers!
Online it says it is 93/7 hamburger meat and it absolutely that. Never any grease to take off! We have ordered 3 times now from them and their hamburger, roasts, steaks, etc are THE BEST and is honestly the quality of a high-end restaurant. The only regret you would have is if you did NOT order from them. They are A+ at our house and anybody else we have shared their meat with!
I got 50# of their super premium and versatile ground beef. There are no words to describe how delicious it is!! Salonek Farms is the best meat supplier in our area. (PS - They had no problem packing half in patties for me, too.)

This was our 1st time ordering beef, we went with a 1/4 cow. The process couldn’t have been easier, from placing the order to the butcher walking us thru the process & our options on cuts, but best of all is the beef itself. Never knew there could be such a difference in taste between store bought & ‘farm fresh’ beef. Thank you Salonek Farms!

We are so pleased with the beef we have received from Salonek Farms. The steaks you can cut with a butter knife. The roasts are mouth watering good. Never going back to the grocery store again!
I am unhappy with the processing of the meat for my 1/8 beef. One I haven't recieved meat wrapped in paper in at least 6 years, secondly nothing is portioned. I had to recut and vacuum sealing all of the meat. The meat is very good though!
Buy Local. Amazing family and Delicious beef. We order quarters and 1/2s. Five star quality from Farm to our table. The Butchers,( no pun intended) Watertown MN. Take it from a real Butcher!!!!

Buy your beef local and this is the place to do it. Some of the best tasting beef I have ever had. Nice to know where your beef comes from and not a mixture of a bunch of cows.
