Royer Farm Fresh Beef, Pork and Lamb LLC

We absolutely love their products! We love fresh farm to table and they have the best beef and pork! I love the flavor the pork has all in its own, especially the ground pork. No seasoning needed. The beef and pork are extremely tender and juicy. Wonderful people as well! Highly recommend!

So far I'm really liking my pork and beef. Everything is very lean and well packaged and we love the flavors of both the bacon and sausage. I thought the pork ribs were a little small compared to what I usually get, and I have to adjust my smoking technique a bit because I'm used to a much fattier cut of meat, but liked the flavor. We have used the ground beef in burgers, spaghetti, and a few other things and am really like the leanness of it and the steaks. I do my steaks on the smoker, using a reverse sear method and have been very pleased. It's nice to cook up a steak without having to worry about thick veins of fat running throughout. Packaging 2 steaks per pack is very convenient since it's just me and the wife. I'd give 5 stars, but a couple cuts were on the small side (1 pack of 2 filets and the pack of ribs), but everything else is looking good so far size wise. And I had a couple things come out a little dry from the smoker, but that's just me having to relearn how to cook a young and very lean cut. The service is stellar, and you can't beat having a truckload of meat delivered. My interactions with Nikki have been great and I'll continue to buy from them when I get low on meat. I just wish they had a store front for when I just need a whole brisket or pork shoulder, etc.

We've been purchasing from Royer Farms for years now, and I'm always shocked when I run out and have to supplement with grocery store meat - even the high-end meat from expensive markets (leaving names out of it). The texture, smell, and taste of Royer's beef, pork, and lamb is beyond superior - my kids can even tell a difference in my recipes. I feel so lucky to have this local resource, and love working with the Royer family to provide the healthiest nutrition we can for our kiddos. So...until I finally realize my dream of having a hobby farm (smile), we count our blessings for the Royer farm and family!

Definitely a quality product, and I would recommend anyone purchasing pork, lamb, beef, and chicken. My grandchildren have a new love for lamb! I can have peace of mind knowing that the meat. The only additive to this meet is the love the family puts into their work!

I picked up a beef order in in January, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. They were very nice and helped me load the large order into my vehicle. All the beef was packaged and organized very well. My family has enjoyed several different cuts of steak and the hamburger so far and the meat has been of great quality.
