Ultimately everything started good, we agreed upon a half cow, bone in cuts for steaks, roasts, burger etc. I had the understanding that the meat is much more lean as it is longhorn and have had prior. Come to receiving the product. No bone in cuts, first flank steak I opened was dried out and like jerky on half of it, ground beef is more gamey than any venison I have personally harvested. Literally can only use for chili or spaghetti or something that masks the flavor which is alarming. Leads me to other thoughts about the processing. Then the end result is pretty much we can’t doing anything for you and he never even replied after I sent him a picture of his beef jerky steak. Would not recommend.
