This was a wonderful place to take my kids to. Steve is great and knows what he is doing. Highly recommend. Also, high quality meats.
I met Steve at a farmers market in NE Ohio. His bison is superb. You can actually taste a touch of sweetness in this juicy meat. The health benefits are proven. I choose to eat portions by suggested serving size of 3.5 ounces; meeting my dietary goals for health and fitness . I simply thaw the steaks, cut to portion by weighing, then wrap the portion(s) in press and seal for freezer storage. The quality isn't compromised and I'm able to eat conservatively. Steve is very personable and professional. I live nearly 2 hours away, but was able to arrange for friends to pick up an order at the farmers market, thus allowing me to snag some stock and pick up the next time I visit. Best red meat I have had to date. Thank you for everything you put into your farm and business, Steve.
Great little trail. Big trail actually, big bison on it as well!! Nice peekaboo views of rolling landscapes. Not sure who maintains the trail but the grass can get long, watch out for ticks! Tons of bugs, which keep the people away. Did I mention there are bison (buffalo) on the trail?
Beautiful wedding location, but come on people either install air or a lot more BIG fans, so not. We had people physically I'll. Near passing out, including the groom.
This farm is one of the best places to visit in Ohio. They own the biggest BUFFALO farm in OH. They have a free tour for visitors which you can learn about buffalo's life and its healthy meat. Also you can buy bison cheaper than other stores.
Beautiful place to take the kids for an afternoon outing from Mansfield and then return home with a cooler full of bison cuts that you will find nowhere else. Very nice owner.
Talk about tranquility. This was a very beautiful tour. The grounds are stunning and my breath was taken away.
