Emilio is a great to work with. We never have had farm fresh butchered meat from the farm to butcher to freezer. For many many years I have been using Keller's in ABQ and recently due to COVID-19 hitting our area we decided to look into buying a cow for our family to share. Best thing we have ever done!!!The meat is simply amazing I will never buy from Keller's again and that is saying something. Great tasting beef, but the ground beef needs to be finer ground! It sucks to take a bite of meatloaf and hit a hard piece.
They have a great great breeding program with Santa Gertrudis, raising top notch cattle!
