We are new to Nebraska and are still finding our way around. Our first trip to Ashland, NE brought us downtown to explore and we found wonderful Wagyu beef raised right in Ashland! The quality and taste is truly remarkable. Even the burgers are amazingly good And the taste is so different and unique. Whenever we find ourselves in Ashland we make sure to stop by and bring home some truly yummy beef!

There's a reason why so far it's only been five stars. There's only two people who work in the store and both of them have a great love for this business . You definitely get a small town feel but you will find their operation works too maximize efficiency so that it minimizes costs that they pass on to consumers. They breed and raise their own American wagyu and angus . We asked about their operations and Lindsay raikes ended up telling us all about it and how they are very much farm to table. It was fascinating to hear how they handle the beef from raising them to ensuring it's butchered properly. They are there every step of the way. A few helpful things to note, they only harvest three times a year. May harvest process June August harvest process in September March harvest process in April The delay is because they age for 28 days before it gets processed. When they run out, they are just out. They also have subscription boxes for 170. You can purchase them monthly, bi monthly or quarterly. The people who choose this get first pick (though it is still the raikes company that chooses). There is also a cheaper option at 150 for their choice grade. if you live in Omaha, I believe they have a 20 dollar flat shipping fee for whatever you order. It is very cool to have a place that you can go to pickup wagyu. It is out of the city of Omaha. You can find this located in Ashland, Nebraska. Parking is available in the front for free on the street. As I said it is located in Ashland, Nebraska within what I believe is their main Street area.

Living out of state now and this is by far the best wagyu beef you can buy at a great prices. Highly recommend anything they have to offer. This my third overall purchase, and my first purchase where I've had to have them ship. Everything was above my expectations.

We live in LaVista, and this place is worth the drive. Growing up a Nebraska kid I thought I knew what good beef was until I tried this place, Raikes beef is far beyond the best meat I’ve ever had. The staff was helpful & friendly as well. I purchased a package deal, and it was a little pricey, but worth every penny. Ive tried purchasing comparable beef @ Costco as suggested by a friend, no comparison.

The meat here is amazing! I picked up a couple pounds of ground beef while in town after the wild life safari park and my family loved it. We used to go to our local Omaha butcher for ground beef but from now on I will be driving to Ashland every couple months to stock up. The prices are extremely reasonable and even better when you can catch a sale. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and friendly. I have a son with a dairy and soy allergy and they quickly told me which things to avoid.

Best decision I've made in the culinary world is subscribing to Raikes, had the brisket and steak taco meat this week, both were the best examples of each I have ever had, period. Best meat hands down!!!! Well done. I look forward to each month like Christmas!

I ordered the Prime Waygu Brisket for my birthday party this past weekend. Smoked it on my Weber Charcoal grill and it was hands down the best piece of meat I and many others have ever eaten.

We've ordered from Raikes Beef three times--twice for ourselves and once for a friend. OMG. Just the BEST beef we've ever had. Last night, we served Raikes burgers for my daughter's 15th bday celebration. Everyone loved them! I felt like Meg Ryan in that unforgettable scene from "When Harry Met Sally." We'll be ordering again for sure.

I live out of state but have family in Nebraska so I visit often. Raikes is the only beef I will gift to people when I want to show off Nebraska beef. It’s so good!

Stopped here while visiting family in Nebraska. Super impressed with this shop and their prices. I work at a butcher shop in MA and love to formulate opinions on other places, and I would say this is the best location I’ve seen in the area so far.

A local business that has both Angus and Wagyu-Angus cross meat that's locally grown? Yes please! Reasonable prices as well. Am genuinely excited to try some Wagyu-Angus beef!

Absolutely worth the drive. Just made a flank steak I picked up from here. Perfection. Their fare is better than anything I've ever ordered.

Do a wonderful store. Vane is a wonderful owner and is warm and friendly. The steaks are the best in the state. Highly recommend.

I had some of Raikes jalapeno beef bratwurst tonight and it is the best I've ever eaten. I will be back.
