Went to Delhi farmers market today where I found some wonderful local produce also food trucks and fresh dumplings!and Smoked Trout .Then I stumbled on someone selling local lamb my friend bought the lamb chops and I bought ground lamb which I will make into Greek meatballs! Dominic showed us pictures of his farm, which looked absolutely wonderful. Can’t wait to visit.
Excellent. We visited Dominic and the animals at the farm. Really beautiful spot and a kind guy. Bought beef and lamb and have eaten enough of it to confidently say it’s the best! So flavorful and well cared for. He loves what he does and so do we!
Very yummy lamb. Recently tried their new sausage, which was great, however we had their leg roast for the holidays last year which may have been the tastiest meat I’ve ever had. Tight run ship as well.
Some of the best lamb loin chops I’ve ever had. Tender and juicy. Picked them up at Delhi Farmers Market.
Lamb was delicious, some of the best I’ve ever had and very well packaged. We ordered a rack which was frenched to perfection and a roast.
