I am so glad I found P & K. Having allergies to soy & preservatives has made it almost impossible to find foods I can eat. Picked up my first chickens for Chicken for a Year order. I was overjoyed to find an extremely clean and plump bird with absolutely no fat! All weighing 4-5ibs. The best roasted chicken I have ever had hands down…I’m retired for perspective. Very juicy, flavorful and tender. I ordered 2 turkeys the next day. Have 1/2 pig coming soon. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I had no allergic reaction. Pure clean protein i highly recommended!
