We are very pleased with the promptness, the quality of the packing, and the fact that they were able to store our meat for the week. Our only complaint is that they left a note on the receipt (never received a call or was told in person) we just noticed after leaving, that the tenderloin and backstrap was hacked up so they lost a backstrap. It makes me very leary as we never touched the backstrap, the tenderloins were a little messed up because we were gutting as it got dark, but the backstrap was never touched. When we skinned the deer it was all intact.
Customer service here is hard to beat. They had our elk processed for the return trip home in a day and they did a great job! The place was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Absolutely the best place to get prime beef, pork and bacon cuts in salmon. Affordable, fast and very high quality. We take all our wild game there as well and it is perfect every time.
DO NOT expect anything that you order done on your pig. we received a standard cut on it, which is NOT what we ordered, we wanted everything BONELESS and most of the pig done in ground pork, which we received none of. we received everything with bones in. and 70% in cuts we do not eat!
