This market is very clean, though surprisingly bare. There wasn’t a huge selection of products, but what they did have seemed thoughtfully chosen. I’m especially excited to try their beef tallow soap! The decor is charming, with a rustic vibe—loved the longhorns on display.

Went today at the open the burgers were phenomenal! Grabbed some lotion and steak. Cooked the New York strip steak tonight! Went classic SPG medium rare came out fantastic. Great flavor. More visits to come in the future I’m sure!

Always a great experience. Had a young lady helping me. -Allye was super helpful and polite. The dogs loved the new treat selection. The lavender whipped beef tallow is great before bedtime. I can’t wait to purchase the rest of the selection of whipped tallow. Essential oils that help moisturize your skin! WIN win. Oh and the steaks last night were melt in your mouth wonderful.

I just visited Parker County Beef Company and had a wonderful experience with Melanie. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me warmly and even helped me choose the perfect cut of meat. She also helped me pick out a bone for my dog, which was such a nice touch. This was my third visit, and every time has been excellent. The quality of the meat is outstanding—you can really taste the difference. As long as they’re here, I’m happy knowing I never have to buy my meat from Walmart again. I truly enjoy shopping here!

It's their opening day! They have tallow soap bar, candles, to great beef, pork, and chicken meat sold here. When you enter, you get a great aroma from their bar soap and candles. As you walk further you you'll get to their variety of meats selection. Since today is their opening, you get some burgers on the house! This is definitely a great local shop to check out!

Mel did a great job explaining the differences between the tallow lotions! I bought lotion and got a free soap with the purchase! I always go there to get honey and hamburger meat.

The grand opening was fantastic! The burgers were delicious and Aerial was such a friendly face! We will definitely be back. (PS- my boys loved the cows that y'all were handing out at the grand opening and are still toting them everywhere!)

Stopped by today to grab a few things and Aerial greeted me as soon as I walked in and she was very helpful on where everything was. They have a lot of great meat and non-meat items that are all reasonably priced. Can’t wait to try everything we got!

I recently ordered an Intro Meat Box for each of my 10 employees, they all arrived cold-packed and high quality! I will continue to order from Parker, what a great Texas based company!

We love your ground beef! I love how the 80/20 doesn’t put off the amount of fat that it does from the grocery store. So fresh and will not ever go back to store bought ground beef. Aerial is pretty amazing too 🤩 …

I went to the grand opening in Decatur. They had a free burger for everyone. I purchased a variety of meats and am happy with everything. Will be back soon.
