They have the policy of TRUST. In other words they're trusting us to pay the amount due for the items bought & we're trusting them for the product we're buying 🙂. I strongly suggest going there to pick up your meats because you know how it's raised and there's no additives. They have a really great system there. My fur baby knows exactly what's going on when we go there to pick up the beef bones & he gets so excited.
Delicious little stop just outside of town! The jerky they make is wonderful and the options they have are great. We will be coming here more often for our beef!
We met with Bart and his team, Natalie and Kara, while on a business retreat to Missoula. Wow, they look at every detail of regenerative farming from grazing technique to plant grow and diversity of food intake. Truly farm to table in every way. Not only are they very passionate about what they do, their steak is second to none the best filet and tomahawk I have ever had! I highly recommend Oxbow on so many levels. Keep it up Bart and team!
I have been so impressed by this company. From the way they do business, to the way they treat their cattle. And the taste has also been fantastic. It is so nice to know that I am feeding my family in a small town way, not a big gross industrial farm. Thanks Bart and everyone for doing what you do.
This is an incredibly ethical cattle company. Run by the kindest most responsible ranchers I've ever met. They work incredibly hard to make sure their operations are gentle on the landscape and are very wildlife friendly. They treat their animals well too. I'm a vegetarian but if I buy meat for my partner this is who I buy from.
This is a great little F2M store! Love the way they have everything organized and clean, open 24/7. Great selection including what looks like partner products. I went to college for sustainable food systems and got an MBA, this will be an example for me on how to run a direct to consumer farm operation! Love it!
No place better to get meat in the valley (or the state). Diverse selection and I love the money is going to them. Delicious steaks every time. Beef that tastes like beef. A must go
Super bummed because everyone seems to love this company and I had high hopes. Bought a steak from them and the whole thing was inedible. Every bite i took, i had to spit out after about 3 minutes of chewing because it was just tough gristle that wouldn't break down.
Oxbow is the best!!! Their ground beef is incredible. Their knuckle bones make amazing bone broth. I've been trying to include organ meats in my diet and I make a liver pate from their liver. So thankful for Oxbow!!
