Not impressed with the cuts. We paid for 9 beef to be butchered and the amount of fat and trimmings we had to make was less than desirable. Stew meat was not cut down. Not much organization as far as keeping beef separated from other customers. Our personal customers for our beef were very disappointed. We will be sticking with our regular butcher from here on out, they were just booked 6 months out and we couldn't wait. I guess it will be worth the wait from here on out. Which is sad, we were really hoping for a positive experience.

The Young Couple that own and operate this Business are Nice and do a Good job processing our meat.

This place was bought a couple of years ago. Admittedly, the new owners struggled early on, but they have really gotten good at this. Our recent pig butchered there was excellent. And the beef cuts are better every year. They try to accommodate custom cuts and do an excellent job. Also, they remember what cuts I've asked for in the past and I appreciate that so much.
