If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Best delivery service in the restaurant industry. From starting my order to dealing with the driver, everything was great. Highly recommend to any business looking to have there ingredients delivered!
Was in the restaurant depot parking lot today and ready to leave when all of a sudden the driver decides to stop a van and talk. I did a light beep to let him know I need to get out and the driver from organic gourmet told me to GROW A PAIR. So I beep again and he started threatening me . I got out of my car and told him that was a real nice way to talk to 2 woman, he went crazy even one of the store employees started to come over, the other van left. I got back in my car and took his pic and a pic of his truck. Called the supposed owner Paul and he said the driver was having a bad day and he would talk to him. What a crock. This man is a menace to society from what I read he should see a Dr. or put behind bars and the owner should be fined.
Apparently the owners employees don’t respect him or his business and the owner obviously doesn’t seem to care about his wreckless, low-life box truck drivers after reading these reviews. I called and complained about the driver driving like a lunatic, as I was on the phone with them, we came to a red light and another driver jumped out of his vehicle to confront the truck driver because of his tailgating, bobbing and weaving in and out of lanes and cutting everyone off and the guy just took off. Must be really cheap labor (until he causes a serious accident....). I reported the plate number and driver to the police department.

I was going to go buy something from this company, but I won't after reading the reviews. I don't care how good their product may be if they do not have respectful employees and caring owner.

Got cut off by the truck driver who then proceeded to tailgate everyone in sight.
