As a multi-generational family enterprise, the ranch is dedicated to sustainability, employing regenerative and holistic ranching practices. They specialize in 100% grass-fed and grass-finished bison, ensuring high quality and nutritious meat.

Offerings

Customers can choose from a range of purchase options including quarter, half, and whole bison shares, perfect for those looking to fill their freezers. Orders are processed to customer specifications, offering customizable cuts and portions.

How to Buy

Stangel Bison Ranch offers multiple convenient options for obtaining their meat:

• Shipping: Requires a minimum order of 10 lbs. Seasonal shipping options are available.
• Ranch Pick-Up: By appointment only, schedule at least 48 hours in advance.
• Farmers Market Pre-Orders: Must be placed at least 11 days prior to the market.
• Online Ordering: Available through partner sites, with specific retail locations also offering their products.
