I got a prime rib roast bone in, well priced. Now, I like mine rare so forewarned it's bloody. However, great butcher, thanks a ton. 4:30 hour smoke on hickory offset, followed by a 2 hour rest, reverse seared for 10 minutes. Delicious meat fed my crew.
My daughter & I wanted to cook a good steak tonight. Went to Ol’ Timey and selected an 8oz filet mignon. The butcher cut into two 4oz for us. My daughter cooked them to a perfect medium rare & the steak practically melted in our mouths. Perfectly tender and delicious flavor.!
Great selection of prepacked meats as well as fresh selections. Certain meats can be cut to your specification. They also have a variety of Seasonings, soups, and condiments. The workers are helpful.
My first time at this meat market and I love it already.. Will definitely be returning and I advise, anybody who's looking for a nice, clean, reasonable market with friendly people to go there.. I wish I had pictures but I don't, but this market is sooooo nice/clean...
This will be my third time going and I like the environment, they’re nice and helpful. The prices are great to me the packaging is convenient. I haven’t bought meat anywhere else since. Oh also I can definitely tell the difference in their meat and grocery store meat. Clean meat<3
Meat is fresh, staff is EXTRA friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain the do’s and dont’s of the meat you’re buying (if you’re asking questions that is)
Very high quality meats, great customer service and a good range of interesting things like capons, duck sausage, oxtails and other items.
Love this place. Has everything. Bit pricey, but love shopping here. Worth it. Employees are friendly too.

Very friendly Butchers. You are greeted when you enter. Always clean and stocked with frozen and fresh meats and sides. Large variety of sauces and spices.
