You cannot find better quality pork anywhere. I purchased my first half hog in 2022, and after the first bite, immediately signed up for another half for 2023. I will not buy from anyone else ever again. Ryan is a super nice guy and will walk you through all the details, as in, which cuts, how thick, etc. The process is very easy. You'll get a call that your meat is ready, you just head to the butcher, and everything is packaged just as you like.

I am a local chef and purchased pork from Odyssey Farm for my menu, it was amazing quality! And I will continue to purchase from them in the future. There pork was full of flavor, and had a very high yield of meat to work with. Excellent! It was obvious they put a lot of time into their product.

Pork from Odyssey is the BEST pork we have ever eaten. The care, time and thought put in to this product is very clearly evident in the flavor of the meat. Hard to go wrong with bacon, but this bacon is outstanding. Everything that we have cooked (chops, roast, loin, etc.) has been absolutely delicious. Some meals we've spent a lot of time, used many different ingredients and ended up with great food. We've also used our slow cooker and minimal effort and also had equally awesome meals. We no longer order pork when we're out. Even at the best restaurants, the meat doesn't quite compare. Thanks, Odyssey!

This is the first year we bought pastured pork from Odyssey Farm and we are very happy with the meat! The best part is that Ryan is enthusiastic about what he does and takes the time to explain how he farms. Healthy meat from healthy happy animals!
