North Sea Farms

Had the privilege to stay for a month 10 minutes from here. Needless to say with the September harvest I have had access to the BEST produce thanks to North Sea Farms. I was able to make fantastic dinners because of the products this farm stand offers. Ample parking and friendly staff. They have excellent fresh bread as well.

We have been visiting this farm since I was born over 40 years ago - and I have memories of Mr King in his overalls doing real farmer activities. The corn is still the very best in the world, and this is a fact. I like that even though Mr King has passed away, they keep the farm in the same setting as far back as I can remember. In addition to the world class corn, the fruit and the tomatoes are also amazing. Safe to say, the best tomatoes on the east end of the Island. But it’s still the corn that steals the show ... I just wish we could still remove the husks the way we’ve been for decades. They no longer let us and my dad ain’t happy about that. Other than that minor issue, this is one of my favorite places in the world to visit and patronize. I’ve included a few photos and one is a painting of Mr King that is hanging at the farm to this day.

Good choice of fresh veggies, eggs and fresh meat

The best farm stand on the east end! Fresh local produce and poultry. Their free range chicken is so fresh and delicious (although the breasts are huge so plan accordingly when buying), and they have fresh eggs that are laid daily. Their local corn is a must during the summer! They also have a huge selection of Tate's baked goods (as it was Tate's farm before he passed away) and fresh local Blue Duck bread. Ronny Brook dairy products make this almost a one stop shop!

Great little farm stand. Corn is delicious,loads of local veggies. They have fresh breads and awesome bagels,great plants for sale. Only downside is the staff,every time every trip is absolutely grumpy .. . Sad that staff could be so put off by some ppl that they are borderline rude to everyone.

Checking in with Farmer King about his fresh chickens. He said about April 15th for the first crop. We Love his fresh chickens, eggs and Thanksgiving Turkeys.

Best local produce, fresh eggs, chicken and baked goods. Kathleen of Tates cookies grew up here. Best place to get all your fresh produce.

Everything from here was perfect and delicious. I would recommend coming to North Sea Farms for all your produce instead of going into town.

Authentic farm with great produce. Be sure to check the board for what is "ours" and what is "local". Also, visit the chickens in the back (if you're not buying one to eat!)

Organic-ish (not certified) crops from their own farm and other local growers. Chickens and eggs available from a large flock raised outdoors, as well as turkeys.

Great neighborhood farm stand, great selection. Here multiple times a week when I'm in town.

A trip back to a simpler, more pleasurable time. Like going...home. Excellent across the board.
