I have been using Nimrod Meats for over a year now. I must say what they have done for my farm is incredible! My hogs have been processed the way I have asked and the feed back from my customers has all be A+. From the flavor of the brats, sticks, and sausage to the visual appeal of all my products by using vacuum packing. Looking forward to a long relationship. Highly recommend! The packaging they use is so much better than others we’ve used, the meat stays fresh longer and the ground beef pounds stack easily in the freezer. The place is super clean and staff are professional.
The meat is very tasteful. Everything we have purchased has great flavor and very fresh. Owners are super friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

I had the Thai BBQ bratwursts with yellow scorpion chili peppers and they were great! Next on my list are the pineapple and then the hashbrowns!! When in season, the frozen yogurt flavors are great too!!

I had a half hog processed here through my cousin. Their sausage seasoning was awesome. However, their vacuum sealing left a lot to be desired as at least 4 packages became unsealed for pork chops and roasts so air was in the bag and not tightly sealed.
Great service and selection. They have frozen meat and have fresh cuts available from time to time. If you want something they do not have out for display they will either cut it for you or source it for you. Very friendly and great to deal with. Can't go wrong with the selection of jerky flavors. Also the chorizo is very good.
The best in the Midwest!!! As a hunter I have been to a lot of processors and Nimrods beats them all! Deer, pigs, beef they really know how to make customers happy!
