Found this place randomly while in the area. Stopped by and met Tim who was kind enough to open up the shop even though I had not made an appointment (recommended to do so). They had a good selection of frozen beef. Took it home and grilled it up and it was amazing beef. Had New York Strips and Sirloin and both had good marbling, flavor and tenderness. Prices are fair especially considering the quality I experienced. Will definitely make a return trip (I'll call ahead first). It's great to see a family owned farm and meet genuinely nice people.
Best steaks I’ve ever had. It’s the only place I can imagine traveling out to to pick up some meat, but I don’t think I can claim to grill a nice steak if it comes from anyone else. The folks who run it are as good as they come, too.
