Purchased some kabob cut sirloin today at the framers market downtown pensacola as they were sold out of steak. My son recommended after grilling thier beef and was the most flavorful taste ever. Not your grain-feed commercial no taste but the grass feed lots more natural tasting (slightly stronger flavor) love the No antibiotics,fertilizers etc don't settle for less

Avoid buying lean beef unless you enjoy dry flavorless beef.
