Came here two weeks ago for the first time. Between my boyfriend and I we’ve already been back four times. Excellent meat! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Our new go-to butcher!

I was gifted a box of delicious meats from Nate Kyrsie Meats, and it exceeded all expectations! The box included two ribeye steaks, a package of hamburger patties, hot dogs, and summer sausage—all 100% beef sourced from Stringfellow Farms and expertly processed and packaged by Nate himself. Every item was outstanding, but the steaks and burgers were hands down the best I’ve ever had. You can truly taste the quality and care that went into this meat. I live in North Carolina, and the box arrived perfectly packaged and frozen—no issues with spoilage at all. I highly recommend Nate Kyrsie Meats to anyone looking for top-tier beef and excellent service. A real treat!

Simply The BEST: That said I have been searching for over 2 years now for the best beef bacon. The dozens of companies I've worked with have consistently disappointed me with their products. They were either too salty, tough, chewy and worst of all used Nitrates in their process as they ALL seem to do to some degree. Not good stuff. I almost by accident did a search on the web coming up with this NaKyrsie meats and was captivated by the fact of how careful they are NOT to use these chemicals. I tried a 4 pack of the beef bacon strips and was amazed when it arrived. It was packed as if it was going around the world. Kept cold and fresh. each strip of bacon so much more free of fat than any other I'd ever seen. Along with being cut thicker as well. I microwaved it for 2 minutes on a paper plate and it came out flawless. Perfectly cooked. NOT chewy nor tough. Full of that wonderful smoked flavor not overdone. I've never experienced such perfect beef bacon. The word "Artisanal" would certainly apply as it's special and of the highest quality imaginable. So highly recommended. I'll be ordering again very soon. Can't wait.

We've been purchasing from here for several years now and the quality is great. There is a deeper more intense flavor to the meat than what you would normally get at a larger retail grocer. Nate will take good care of you!

I ordered steaks, chops and burgers for my stepdad for Christmas and the gift was PERFECT. Skip high priced, lesser meats from Omaha and order NaKyrsie instead! I ordered on Monday and it shipped on Wednesday and got to NC so quickly! A great quality and value, and it was a great gift!

Absolute best place to get meats anywhere in Ashtabula county. Fair prices and a quality product. You will not find a better steak anywhere. Recommending the aged ribeye! Special order items you can't find at Walmart? No problem here! Natural dog treats that won't make your favorite pet sick. Oh, and did I mention the owners are great people?

I had a smoked pork loin from here I shared with friends and it was amazing! We also got the meatloaf, and it was phenomenal. Love the meats here, highly recommended! Side note: I’ve been getting gift cards here for my folks for a couple years now for Christmas because they don’t need more stuff, but they love having great meats to choose from.

My husband and I just visited NaKyrsie meats for the first time. Kirk helped us with our selections and was super knowledgeable and friendly. This is a great place for meats - especially thick cut bacon, ground beef, ground sausage and dry-aged sausage! Highly recommend.

We picked up the weekly bundle including the smoked chicken. Reasonably priced. That chicken was the most flavorful and moist ever! We have had it heated on the grill and in a Caesar salad chicken wrap. A retired chef in our family said if was the best she'd ever tasted! We will definitely get this again.

Hands down the best meat in town. I've got a lot of different things here. Everything so far has exceeded expectations. You'll pay a little more then grocery stores. But it's way fresher, and it's really not unreasonably priced.

I purchased my first pasture raised grass finished beef here. The taste was so very good. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there was so much difference between the traditional corn fed beef and true grass fed. Yes it was more costly but well worth it. Can't wait to try the chicken and pork chops that I purchased.

If you like cooking steaks the quality of those at the top restaurants or eating sausages the way they were meant to be made. Then you won't be disappointed visiting this humble shop!

Tried the nitrate free bacon with maple and slovenian sausage and the quality was 100% better than what you buy in a grocery store

I got lucky today and picked up some smoked brisket. Let me tell you, that was some of the best I've ever had! Gives Texas a run for their "brisket"! Never disappointed in the quality. Thanks, Nate!

There's a good reason why this place has so many great reviews...it's GREAT! Nate has the best farm raised meat around! I actually drive over an hour to shop here! I've never been disappointed!

Best charcuterie I've had, traveled to Italy and he does it better. I can see he takes a lot of pride in what is done very good and I would highly recommend .
