The steaks were much higher quality than I expected. They are prime grade and cheaper than the regular steaks at the grocery store! We're going to be eating a lot more steak now that I found these guys.

Nadig Farms is truly a dream come true for anyone who values authentic, family-owned, and accomodating farm-to-table operations run by hard-working folks with deep ties to the land. I had the pleasure of touring with father Rob and son Ryan, who opened their gates (and even their garage) to give me a firsthand look at how their 100% grass-fed beef is raised in the picturesque Driftless area. They even humored me when I asked to chew a piece of the sorghum grass-- a funny moment I think shows just how welcoming they are. These cows have it made, and the farm takes absolutely zero shortcuts—just honest work, quality beef, and amazing prices. It’s a win-win I’d recommend to anyone looking for local authentic grass-fed beef in the Midwest from one of the fairest and most hospitable family businesses I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

First of all, Nadig beef comes packaged perfectly. Not everyone has room for some of the meat packages other farms provide. Nadig beef is actually recipe-ready which means not only can I buy the right amount for what I’m making, its quality is above what I can get in the store. My family has had the privilege of eating beef from Nadig Farms several times, and each time we’ve talked about what a complete difference it makes in a recipe. The meat consistency is better; the grind you get is finer which means it’s perfect for something like meatloaf or a ragu; and the flavor is simply superior to what you can get in the store. In fact, I’d say this meat spoils you for what you can get at most butcher shops in the area. I’d highly recommend Nadig Farms beef for any recipe you would want to enhance with a far better meat, for a great price.

Ryan Nadig gave my wife and I a tour of the Nadig family beef farm in Stockton IL. Has been a consistent family operation for 5 generations! He showed me the ropes on cattle raising. Was very enlightening and interesting. Got up close with the cattle, even entered the nearly 200 year old barn. He's a wealth of information and a very nice fella. Ended up getting some beef from the farm... the best T-bone and ribeye I've had. Thanks Nadigs!

We used Nadig Farms ground beef for our recipe for stuffed peppers. It was excellent and far superior to what one can find in supermarkets or butcher shops. We particularly appreciated the fact that it was finely ground and very lean but extremely flavorful. We will be using it again as our preferred ground beef for a variety of dishes.

This is now by far the only place I will Buy meat from, the steaks and burgers I feel are far superior than any steak or burger I’ve had anywhere else. Ordering could not be easier, and I feel the price is great

I love being able to find small farms to support. My friends and I got together and sous vide cooked these steaks and finished them on a Green Egg, which I hadnt gotten to do. The steaks were really flavorful, tender, and an overall joy to eat especially knowing that they come from such a wonderful small town family. I can Highly recommend these to anyone.
